Scrum Master
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a
software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles,
practices, and theory
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User
Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated
Testing
Expertise in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task
definition
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Roles and responsibility
• Facilitate the Sprint Planning meeting
-Ensure the product backlog is groomed and ready for the team to
begin to pull stories to start identifying tasks
- Prepare and explain capacity for the upcoming sprint
-Work with Technical Product Managers(TPM) and Business Analysts to
ensure backlog is ready
• Facilitate daily scrum meeting
• Ensure adding stories/epics to the backlog, decomposing the epics,
grooming stories, and sizing stories are done
• Conduct Sprint Review
- Have the team review/demonstrate the delivered stories
-Gather feedback and ask for suggestions for potential new stories for
the backlog
• Facilitate Sprint Retrospective
• Facilitate story ranking/prioritization meetings with the product owners
and team
• Identifies cross team dependencies for work being done by other scrum
teams and works with their respective Scrum Masters
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments raised by the team
• Support and validate build/deploy
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
Expertise in software development processes and procedures
Understanding on incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Knowledge on other processes, capacity to leverage other techniques to
provide value to a team/enterprise
Knowledge on tools like Jira, wiki, confluence
Expereince working in Retail domain

Business Systems Analyst
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
1) Need to Posses solid Knowledge of core business systems
setup/configuration and fundamental testing methodology in at lease one or
more application area
2) Needs to Demonstrates core business systems configuration and
customization expertise in one or more functions within a module; develops
standards and test/validation procedures
3) Aptitude/ability to descrive in detail the business area and/or the
application supported
4) Needs to assesses risks of various solutions and different options for
one or more application areas
5) Develops working knowledge of business processes and how they interact
to identify easy to medium issues and identify potential business and
technical solutions
6) Experience in demostrating understanding of software development
lifecycle including testing methodologies
7) Elicits high-level vusiness requirements to translate into system
solutions for one or more application areas.
8) Able to understand Grainger best practices in Agile/Lean SDLC, Project
management, test management, Scope and change control.
9) Develops understanding of data processing components and development
methodologies
10) Demonstrates detailed awareness of all phases of SDLC(Initiate,Plan,
Execute and Deploy)
11) Able to suggest experiments and continuous Improvements as part of our
Agile Journey.
12) Very Strong Communication skills are mandatory
