Email: phaneen...@scubeinfotech.net *Job Title: Master Data Management Lead* *Location: Boston,MA* *Key Requirements* A MDM leader with a vision to build a MDM practice with a global footprint and leverage the MDM landscape to build synergies with multiple stakeholders with a specific focus on creating business value and on aligning with the overall business objectives. Primary Area - Master Data Management - Data Conversion - Business process Secondary Area - Oracle R12 Implementation - Project Management - Business Intelligence & Reporting - Strong in SQL query - Data Management capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management - Expertise in defining master data structures, source to target mapping, business rules and definitions - Experience with Data Warehousing systems *Qualification* - Bachelor Degree - 10 to 15 years of MDM experience with 4 years in Oracle ERP environment - Extensive experience in implementing end-to-end lifecycle of MDM projects - Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management - Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail; requires strong organizational, planning and time management skills - Ability to facilitate third-party, end-users and other stakeholders in joint analysis sessions to ensure understanding of goals, requirements and deliverables - Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions - Ability to lead and work under pressure; make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis - Experience with one of the following functional areas: Financial Management, Purchasing or Project Control/Billing; Multiple areas preferred *Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities: * - Build a MDM practice with a global footprint that will enhance the opportunities to create business values. - This individual will be responsible for assisting with goals, objectives, guidelines, standards, scope, timeline, risk identification and mitigation, quality management, budget, reporting and documentation. - Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for MDM requirements - Monitor data for end-to-end business applications or infrastructure in order to proactively identify or resolve problems and to ensure application availability based on service level objectives. - Perform problem and trend analyses to identify and correct repetitive problems and increase overall data quality. - Analyze data required to fulfill business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions and/or analyzing information - Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility - Implement production support procedures (e.g., administration, monitoring, problem resolution) in order to maintain data quality levels. *Duties* - Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management. - Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s) - Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. - Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s).
