*Key Requirements*

A MDM leader with a vision to build a MDM practice with a global footprint 
and leverage the MDM landscape to build synergies with multiple 
stakeholders with a specific focus on creating business value and on 
aligning with the overall business objectives.

            Primary Area

-        Master Data Management

-        Data Conversion

-        Business process

Secondary Area

-        Oracle R12 Implementation

-        Project Management

-        Business Intelligence & Reporting

-        Strong in SQL query

-        Data Management capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality 
and Master Data Management

-        Expertise in defining master data structures, source to target 
mapping, business rules and definitions

-        Experience with Data Warehousing systems

*Qualification*

-        Bachelor Degree

-        10 to 15 years of MDM experience with 4 years in Oracle ERP 
environment

-        Extensive experience in implementing end-to-end lifecycle of MDM 
projects

-        Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with 
the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business 
terms to all levels of management

-        Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with 
high attention to detail; requires strong organizational, planning and time 
management skills

-        Ability to facilitate third-party, end-users and other 
stakeholders in joint analysis sessions to ensure understanding of goals, 
requirements and deliverables

-        Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root 
cause analysis and draw conclusions

-        Ability to lead and work under pressure; make decisions at the 
project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be 
resolved on a timely basis

-        Experience with one of the following functional areas: Financial 
Management, Purchasing or Project Control/Billing; Multiple areas preferred

*Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities: *

-        Build a MDM practice with a global footprint that will enhance the 
opportunities to create business values.

-        This individual will be responsible for assisting with goals, 
objectives, guidelines, standards, scope, timeline, risk identification and 
mitigation, quality management, budget, reporting and documentation.

-        Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for MDM 
requirements

-        Monitor data for end-to-end business applications or 
infrastructure in order to proactively identify or resolve problems and to 
ensure application availability based on service level objectives.

-        Perform problem and trend analyses to identify and correct 
repetitive problems and increase overall data quality.

-         Analyze data required to fulfill business requirements (e.g., 
functional and technical requirements, information need, business 
processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions and/or analyzing 
information

-        Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects 
within area of responsibility

-        Implement production support procedures (e.g., administration, 
monitoring, problem resolution) in order to maintain data quality levels.

*Duties*

-        Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to 
senior management. 

-        Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or 
initiative(s) 

-        Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors 
to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic 
objectives and activities of the organization. 

-        Manages activities of project team resources to support and 
deliver solutions relating to the program(s). The teams can be part 
internal, part external and offshore. 

-        Coordinates program support activities, including the development 
of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and 
benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and 
ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams. 

-        Act as a ‘Key Point of Escalation’ to management on risk, status 
and direction. 

-        Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions and 
enhancements that improve business processes and/or provide increased
