HI, Got a couple new roles, with a client local to Portsmouth, NH. Our CLIENT has a need for *(2) Dynamics AX Consultants, *I have attached both descriptions below.
One is for a *Business Solutions Analyst* who MUST have strong communication skills. And the other is a Dynamics AX Architect*. Both candidates MUST have Dynamics AX experience* *These roles can be performed remotely, but require the candidate to be onsite for 1 week a month.* ****Client is looking to move quick as these roles are critical hires**** ****Client REQUIRES a face to face interview, BUT will COVER EXPENSES to get the candidate there**** *Business Solutions Analyst* *Responsibilities:* - Gathering and documenting business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, etc. - Develop and document user stories, specifications that can be used by developers/builders to configure/build solutions - Develop or assist in development of work flows, process maps, guides, help systems, Training materials, etc. - Create and develop test plans, test scenarios, test scripts to be used in testing applications and ensuring business requirements are met - Develop or assist in development of Project plans - Provide or assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks and activities - Perform Quality Assurance functions ensuring adherence to all Standards, Policies and guidelines - Ensure compliance to all internal and external requirements - Drive or assist in driving Systems and User Acceptance Testing - Work with Business users to identify, diagnose and resolve system issues - Participate in Sprint Planning sessions to organize backlog and sprint deliverables - Act as Mentor to team members and peers - Provide status updates orally and in written to Team members including Project Leader(s), IS leader(s), Business sponsor(s) and executive staff *Required Experience & Education:* - 10+ years of relevant business or consulting experience - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX - Experience in Application design or development - Experience in an Agile environment - Project Management experience leading multi-person project or activities - Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Visio *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* - Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated, able to take high level requests and translate them into actionable tasks - Ability to work in a Team environment, as a team player and a relationship builder - Must be highly organized with an ability to multi-task across different tasks and activities - Must have good communication skills, be an effective listener as well as ability to communicate and deliver clearly and effectively - Ability to prepare documents, presentations and present to all levels of management - Must be flexible and adaptable to change, taking on a variety of tasks and activities - Excellent problem solving skills – ability to logically walk thru a problem from introduction to solution and ability to clearly communicate all steps along the way - Quick learner, ability to quickly grasp new business concepts and processes *Dynamics Architect* - Shapes the ERP design architecture based on strategic business and operating models - Develops Principles, Strategies, Standards, Guidelines and frameworks based on best practices, industry standards, and established models; Ensures compliance across business - Develop and maintain roadmaps and strategic vision; Produce models to describe framework and strategy - Provide advice and consultancy to Management - Provide cross project architectural governance to ensure adherence to strategy and roadmap - Monitor and report on project compliance - Provide consultancy in development of program/project plans including budget estimates and allocations - Lead and/or Assist in development and implementation of programs/projects - Establishes global ERP infrastructure and architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines; determining functional layers; establishing partner collaborations - Translating ERP needs into Microsoft solutions including computer platform, database, networking, systems integration, failsafe, disaster recovery, and security; compliance and audit; recommending best-fit and best-breed architectures - Deploys ERP architecture by recommending hardware and software solutions (programming, configuring, uploading, downloading, monitoring, controlling, diagnosing, and documenting), tools, and utilities - Designing workflow and integration rules including triggers, alerts, procedures and policies, and integration standards; ability to assess controls issues/gaps and coordinate/track them using appropriate tools preparing development guidelines - Planning with a data warehouse team; designing and testing simulations; designing and completing data migration; planning upgradeability; documenting system; resolving problems - All other tasks and / or duties as requested *Required Experience:* - 7+ years of IT Industry experience - Prior experience working with ERP applications - Prior experience in a similar Enterprise Architect role - Prior experience in a similar industry (technology) - Prior experience working a global environment *Required Skills:* - Business Architecture; understand the business processes, information flow, and work processes that drive the different business units and can translate these processes/flow into technical solutions - Infrastructure Architecture; map the underlying infrastructure and technical platforms and systems they support. This includes ability to understand networks, servers, workstations and cloud computing - Applications Architecture; map business applications to business functions/units, processes, and platforms within the organization, identifying gaps, overlaps, and areas for synergy and efficiencies - Data Architecture; understand the underlying data and data structures used by the business processes and business systems, allowing for identifying storage, Data transmission, Data communications methods and strategies - Integration Architecture; understand and design a common integration platform utilizing industry protocols.
