REQUIREMENT DETAILS:* *Position: Oracle EBS Project Manager* *Location: Miami, FL * *Duration: 6+ months * *Rate: $55/Hr* *Need two references* *The position requires the following technical experience:* · Oracle experience is a must · Experience in managing multiple medium (5-10 development team members and 10-15 team members total) projects · Projects managed should have had significant business process impact. · At least 10 years project management experience · Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, deployment) for at least 3 projects of 6+ months duration and >$1M total cost. · Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management. · Needs little/no direct guidance / supervision on a day-to-day basis *The position requires the following management experience:* · Experience with large and complex development projects, development methodologies, languages, hardware, software, Oracle financials, Oracle ERP, Oracle tools, process mapping and business process re-engineering, business application projects, change control principles and usage would be a big plus. · Very strong influencing skills, ability to effect outcomes without formal authority · Strong business acumen · Solid understanding of accounting principles · PMP certification is a plus · 6 Sigma certification is a plus *2.
