*Location: Topeka, KS* *Max Rate: $40/hr max* Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with QA/Testing experience in technologies and methodologies *Must have 9+ years of QA experience including 2+ years as a QA Lead in an Agile/SCRUM environment and have excellent comm. skills.* *Responsibilities* Analyze requirements/specs for testable conditions/context Develop test artifacts – test plans, cases, traceability matrix, test data Perform gap analysis of test coverage Track validation of requirements Defect entry, management and closure Troubleshoot test results, determine root cause, resolution Coordinate/communicate defects to developers Write issue/problem reports and update database Communicate with delivery leads on defects, issues and risks *Required Skills* Minimum 3 yrs. experience in delivering testing in agile/scrum.
