Partner with the Enterprise Content Management Support Office (ECMSO) to convert eDOCS application users to FileNet through 2017. ? Retire the eDOCS application after all business areas have been moved from eDOCS to FileNet. ? Develop technical procedures and provided training as needed. Responsibilities: ? Provides day-to-day technical support for the eDOCS application in the IT Department. Also, assist the Enterprise Content Management Support Office with moving libraries from eDOCS to FileNet. ? Review monthly compliance notification to ensure that eDOCS is on track with technology and SAFR standards. ? Identifies and analyzes operational impacts on eDOCS migrations to FileNet and coordinate with other Districts as needed. ? Supports the manager with proposals for eDOCS changes. ? Provides input to the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and safeguards. Also, supports and participates in business continuity tests. ? Communicates moderately complex technical topics to non-technical audiences. ? Collaborative and interpersonal skills are essential. ? Proactive communication with team members and management is essential as some key tasks may include, issue identification and resolution, status updating, analyzing and reporting on alternative design solutions. ?
