Senior Salesforce.com Administrator

This position will be responsible for the detailed analysis, build and
deployment of Salesforce.com changes to support multiple SalesForce
instances.  Work with business partners IT and management to identify
practical CRM solutions to business problems and deliver innovative, high
quality solutions using SalesForce.  Ideal candidate will have strong
Salesforce.com enterprise business application configuration, customization
and integration experience, and will be responsible for the administration
and ongoing support of multiple SalesForce instances and other technologies
related to SalesForce.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
are required for this position as is a strong attention to detail and an
ability to build relationships with all levels within the organization.
Profile and Job Responsibility

·         Operates as primary system administrator and application
configuration expert for SalesForce.com CRM.  Lead development, testing,
user acceptance testing and deployment releases into production for all
configurations, customizations, integrations and data changes that include
but are not limited to the following activities:

o   Document detailed requirements, business processes, security access
matrix, data and integration designs

o   Develop consensus for solution, and recommend alternative solutions to
meet requirements

o   Complete impact analysis, estimates (LOE), and contribute to change
requests prioritization and release planning

o   Identifies specific business requirements as communicated by a
sponsoring business area, including cross-referencing requirements
articulated by multiple business area.

·         Diagnose and propose resolution for Salesforce.com issues that
include configurations and customizations, integrations, data loads,
security access, workflows and triggers, reports and dashboards.

·         Creates, develops and maintains user roles, security profiles,
workflow rules, permission sets, sharing rules and other system
configuration options.

·         Works with the Salesforce support team, business and IT
management to design and develop strong relationships with user groups to
support user adoption, ensure proper use of SalesForce and productive
growth and change around the application and corresponding business
processes.

·         Conducts research on the best practices and industry/functional
trends.  Stay abreast of SFDC release changes, advise the Salesforce.com
support team and business SuperUsers on impact to production, potential
updates that might benefit business instances

·         As application Subject Matter Expert, assist Sr. Business Analyst
and Product Managers in prioritizing change requests and planning releases
that meet requirements and drive highest business value

·         Lead both project and on-going support/maintenance activities
related to SalesForce.com and other related application systems.

·         Develops in-depth knowledge and proficiency of supported business
areas and engages business partners in evaluating opportunities for process
integration and refinement.

·         Manage ad-hoc data loads and data quality, including assisting in
importing of lead, contact or account data.

·         Creates reports and dashboards for users and the management team.

·         Trains new end users on the application and trains existing users
on new features.

·         Participates in cross-functional teams that address strategic
business issues involving CRM operations.

·         Escalate issues to SalesForce.com technical support as required.

·         Manage duplicate entries in system.  Work with SuperUsers and
production support to remove them.

·         Manage development, QA and other testing sandbox environments.
Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree (preferred Computer Science)

·         5-8 years of experience implementing and supporting
Salesforce.com Sales/Service cloud with Enterprise edition or higher in a
mid to large organization

·         Salesforce.com Admin 201 Certification is required, Admin 301
preferred.

·         Expert-level skills with Salesforce.com configuration including
creation of standard and custom objects and fields, security model, single
sign-on, identity management

·         Experience with Salesforce.com customization (Apex, VisualForce),
and integration (WS SOAP/REST, Mobile), and middleware integrations with
other enterprise applications.

·         Experience in moving configurations, customizations and code
between development and lower sandboxes, and deploying to production
environment.

·         Experience with enterprise integration tools, DataLoader and
extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools (Jitterbit, Informatica,
CastIron, Tibco, etc.)

·         Experience with data structures, data modelling, db schema is
required.

·         Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, demands and
timelines in a fast paced environment

·         Flexible and organized team member with strong strategic and
analytical skills.  Detail-oriented, creative and effective communicator
with an appropriate sense of urgency.  Have the desire and ability to learn
new skills particularly technology.

·         Strong written and oral communication skills, strong
interpersonal skills.

·         Demonstrated understanding of SDLC, with recent Agile development
methodology/Scrum experience is preferred

·         Understanding of project management practices and deliverables,
including the ability to create action plans & resolve obstacles to achieve
deadlines.

·         Demonstrated ability to create a positive and professional
business relationship with technical and business stakeholders at all
levels.

·         Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment is
critical.

·         Experience with other CRM (Siebel, MS Dynamics) is a plus.

·         Experience with Knowledge Management Systems either SalesForce or
other i.e. Moxie is a plus.

·         Experience with Financial Industry is a plus.
