Job Title:  Business Intelligence – Business Objects Developer



Top Requirements:  5 years Business Objects Development.  Proven experience
creating dashboard reports.





 esponsible for data and analytics in support of talent and business
initiatives across the Wholesale Banking Human Resources (HR) group.
Consult on the development and design/maintain complex strategic
scorecards, human capital dashboards, leadership effectiveness dashboards,
and other key deliverables that help measure Wholesale’s human capital
results (i.e. diversity, talent movement, recruiting effectiveness, etc.).
The consultant will partner with HR team members and senior leaders to
execute on key deliverables to support the development and use of data and
analytics across HR. Also responsible for daily ad hoc and
monthly/quarterly recurring reports. Automate and streamline processes
leveraging technology (including databases).



Skills Needed:

-Demonstrated expertise utilizing Business Objects and/or other Business
Intelligence Tools for data mining, and leadership dashboard-type
development.

-Demonstrated experience using dashboard development and data visualization
technology such as Tableau.

-Demonstrated success in large, complex organizations with multiple
business segments and broad geographic reach.

-Demonstrated understanding of PeopleSoft human resources data and
understanding of data nuances –Strong consulting experience on the
development of meaningful metrics and key performance indicators -Ability
to communicate with all levels of management, to include technology and
operational groups -Advanced Access database knowledge/experience required
-Proven collaboration with multiple teams to establish project requirements
and provide regular updates
