They are operating it as an Agile/Scrum methodology. Size of team is 10+ people. Culture is experienced business and tech resources working on this site. *Specific Skills: ? Experience in testing web based applications, including writing test cases, developing, test strategies, and developing comprehensive test plans. ? Experience in writing automated test scripts for web applications. ? Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. ? Experience effectively interfacing with business resources ? Ability to present testing risks and influence decision-making ? Detail-oriented, with strong analytical mind and organizational skills. ? Understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, content management system, XML and JSON. ? Experience with testing and test management tools (JIRA, Quality Center, UFT). ? Experience in execution and facilitation of UAT. ? 2+ years of working in an agile environment. ? 5-8+ years of web QA test leadership experience. ? Experience as a blended Quality Assurance and Business Systems Analyst role. ? Experience leading QA on complex projects, with durations of 6 months to a year. ? Knows how to maintain regression test bed, as needed. ? Ability to lead and distribute workloads; i.e. own and deliver work items and work within a team on shared tasks (team player). ? A good understanding of financial services and markets is desired but not necessary. ? Preferred website development experience. *Additional Information: This position will be the QA Lead for a large website project run with the Agile/Scrum Methodology. This role will be joining at the start of the testing efforts. This role will report to the QA Manager within Interactive Marketing, responsible for testing of both public and secure websites at Ameriprise. *Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute comprehensive web test plan and manage communications on progress, issues and risks. ? Facilitate testing, bug-tracking and validation efforts. ? Work with development team to fix and retest identified issues. ? Develop, maintain and run (manual and automated) test scripts. ? Develop and maintain regression beds for the application. Run regression when needed. ? Aggregate relevant data inputs for test reports/summaries. ? Flexibility required: bring strategic test approach to a changing development environment. ? Maintain knowledge of and follow online marketing QA best practices.
