Up to 18 months ORLANDO, Florida Serve as the Infrastructure Project Manager, overseeing infrastructure requirements gathering/solution and delivery of server and network systems. 5+ years of Project Management experience PMP and / or ITIL Certification Prior supplier management experience Responsibilities: Create Project Management Deliverables based on Disney Methodology Maintain Issue and Risk logs Manage Scope Change Process Coordinate Stakeholder reviews and approval mechanism Develop and manage project plans Develop and maintain status reports and communications. Required Skills: Must be able to manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget. Must demonstrate experience in managing multiple, parallel projects of various sizes, complexity and types Must be able to proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project. Must execute Software Development Methodology and techniques, as developed and governed by our internal Project Management office. Must be able to proactively foster an environment of collaboration among teams and provides day-to-day direction for team resources. Strong relationship skills and communication skills are required. Additional Job Details: PMP certification is required. Strong understanding of server and network technologies is required ITIL V3 Foundations certification is preferred Experience with Service Manager or Service Now is desirable. Strong grounding and experience of managing projects in an Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. Formal experience of managing projects in MS Project is preferred PMP, ITIL V3. We want them to have a background in that control space. Great if they have worked in a System Admin capacity Windows / UNIX / Linux. Understand the technology they are working with. For example, if someone proposes a corrective action for, they would be able to understand how to close that gap or how to make sense of it. Managing for remediation for security issues. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the creation of treatment plans with corrective action owners, ensuring that prioritization is accurate and progress in managed toward target dates for completion. Responsibilities This is a key role responsible to track all outstanding control gaps, coordinate the development of treatment plans, and partner with appropriate remediation team(s) to close those gaps. The gaps will be identified by other Security and Compliance teams; however, it will be the responsibility of the treatment team to get these gaps resolved. Expert level of technical knowledge and organizational skills will be required to resolve these gaps in a matrix environment. Developing metrics will be critical to show effective progress and status. Basic Qualifications Practical experience with Info Security and Compliance controls (i.e. EU Safe Harbor Directive, Payment Card Industry, Domestic and International Privacy regulations) Good understanding of security, operations, and audits including but not limited to SSAE16, EU Safe Harbor, PCI, SOX Good knowledge and experience with diverse IT architectures and enterprise IT data centers, external hosted services and cloud computing environments. Knowledge and experience with physical and virtual server configurations and implementations.
