Develops programs, methodologies, and files for collecting, analyzing and presenting data. · Points out system or process problems when noticed and engages the team in problem solving. Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and management. · Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools. *Qualifications:* · At least 4 years of experience · Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business (Finance or Economics), Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. · Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
