*Preferred Qualifications and Experience:*

   - Account management experience with staffing firms or consulting
   companies.
   - Proven track record of closing deals with technology related
   contracting.
   - Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, MS Dynamics, Business
   Intelligence PeopleSoft and Java/.Net
   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
   - Excellent communication skills.
   - Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
   - Strong internet research skills.
   - Proven experience with entire sales life-cycle.
   - Experience with IT staffing, recruiting, and business development.
   - Proven organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.
   - The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a
   team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.

*Responsibilities:*

   - Responsible for new business development, selling IT Consulting
   Services and Staff Augmentation within existing and new customer accounts.
   - This position spans the full range of activities: prospecting,
   qualifying, selling and placing, along with relationship and account
   management.
   - Perform outbound calls and conduct in-person meetings with key
   managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our
   services to prospective clients and building on existing client
   relationships.
   -  Expertise in prospecting and lead generation utilizing web tools
   including all social media sites, job boards and technology user groups
   - Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social
   media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
   - Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which
   may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, and contract
   negotiation.
   - Manage relationships throughout the assignment; expand our company
   presence within existing client accounts.
   - Expand our client base through ongoing new business development.
   - Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to
   develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate
   referrals and leads.
   - Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative
   strategies to facilitate continued new business development.

 *Requirements*

   - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
   - IT Staff augmentation sales experience preferred
   - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or account
   manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
   - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
   at all levels of the organization
   - Proven ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to close
   - Strong business sense and industry expertise
   - Customer Service and client satisfaction focus is a must
