·ibrowse/Selenium experience is a plus; Odin Axe experience is a
plus

*Roles & Responsibilities*

ØStrong experience in end to end Software Testing Lifecycle

ØStrong understanding of *Database /Storage/ETL* */Automation*
*Testing* concepts.

Ø*Experience on backend testing on any relation database,
specifically SQL Server (SQL - PL/SQL).*

ØReview project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure
that the project requirements are clearly defined
ØAnalyze project requirements and develop Test Strategies and Plans
ØCoordinate the work efforts of supporting QA's on a project

ØHands on experience with functional, User interface testing, end
to end testing and regression testing.

ØDiscuss requirements and scheduling with project teams to ensure
the timely, accurate, and effective completion of project deliverables.

ØGood experience with Test Management tools - ALM or TFS.

ØLead all the QA related calls e.g. Requirement Review Sessions,
Test Scenario review meetings, Daily Touch Point calls, Defect Triage
calls.

ØMaintain a leading edge understanding of QA as related to
interactive technologies best practices

ØStrong communications skills to effectively communicate at
different levels of management.

ØConduct test case reviews
ØProvide test case to requirements traceability
ØPlan and schedule all QA deliverables during project lifecycle
ØConduct formal test case review sessions with project team and
incorporate feedback
ØKnowledgeable in various SDLC methodologies including waterfall,
*agile*, and iterative approaches
ØPerform early morning or late night validation when new releases
are being deployed into production

ØMeticulous attention to detail and excellent problem
solving/troubleshooting skills

ØExcellent team management skills.

ØShould be good at writing SQL scripts when needed.

   - Performance Testing and Engineering subject matter expert who will
   work with Functional Test, Solution Architects to assess current
   performance test practices in an organization considering the best
   practices required for the target organization.
   - Ability to work with Business analysts and test analysts to Design,
   test and implement Performance coverage to deliver a performance, scalable,
   operable and resilient solution.
   - Recommend organization wide short term and long term strategies
   including performance testing and performance engineering.
   - Ability to prepare and present overall test plan/ strategy for
   performance testing based on non-functional requirement.
   - Experience of setting up a performance Testing team and guiding them.
   - Understand non- functional requirements (NFR),Performance Requirements
   such as volumetrics, throughput and response times for large scale
   applications (enterprise wide, Internet applications, packages).
   - Ability to validate and optimize effort estimations for medium to
   large (for around 500- 2000 or more concurrent users) Performance Testing
   projects.
   - Obtain Signoff on Performance Test Coverage and Scenario Priorities.
   - Well versed with the Performance Testing Lifecycle.
   - Interact with performance testing teams across multiple geographies.
   - Ability to effectively communicate and manage senior stakeholders in
   the organization.
   - Ability to carry out Performance Test result analysis and work with
   Architects/ Developers/ database analysts to recommend appropriate tuning.
   - Understand drivers of Application Performance Management in Enterprise
   Architecture Landscape.
   - Define and standardize service monitoring approach and success
   criteria including establishing best practices, standards and governance
   structure.
   - Supervise Performance Test Strategy and Execution
   - Supervise Performance Monitoring Setup
   - Resolve performance and availability issues before they impact users
   in a timely manner.
   - Collaborate with other members of the engineering and IT organizations.
   - Advocate, document, and follow best design and development practices.
