Title: *Bench Sales and IT Recruiter (Exp or Freshers)* Duration: Fulltime Location: Hyderabad (Plot no: 7, Beside Warangal Rice Store, Vanitha Corporation Society, Bapujinagar, Secunderabad. 500011) Google Maps: 17.467443, 78.483067 *No Remote * *We also accept fresher’s with good communication skill or call centre experience.* *Job Description:* · Need experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing/Bench Sales experience of 2 – 4 years, with excellent communication and writing skills. · Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly. · Work with candidate on inputting the key skills in that area and candidate's comfort on those skills. · Create a skill matrix by working with the candidate. · Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. · Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors. · Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales. · Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities. *Desired Profile:* · 2 -4years’ experience in US IT Recruitments. · Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. · Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements · Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment · Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. · Must have sales and recruiting experience. · Bachelors or Master’s degree required. · No work from home option.
