Install, support and maintain SAN operating systems software, system administrator’s tools, microcode, firmware, storage hardware and software. Install, support, and maintain Netapp storage appliances. Install, support, and maintain IBM TSM backup hardware and software. This position works under close supervision of the UNIX/SAN Manager. Primary contacts are vendors, database administrators, network administrators, middleware developers, application developers, client support, and data center operators. Minimum 3 years experience of SAN or UNIX systems administration. Detailed knowledge of SAN hardware and operating systems including system monitoring software. *Educational Qualifications Desired* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. Equivalent combination of training and relevant experience could be substituted for a 4-year degree.
