*KINDLY REVERT BACK :: nit...@idctechnologies.com <nit...@idctechnologies.com>* Job Title Sharepoint Test Lead Experience Level 8+ Years Location Chicago, IL Start Date ASAP Duration Long term contract No. Of Positions 1 Job Description • Very Good hands on experience as a Sharepoint Test Lead in at least 2 projects in Life Sciences domain with overall QA experience as 7 to 9 yrs • Excellent Communication Skills • Hands on expertise as Test lead in Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting • Very good onsite offshore coordination skills and Client coordination skills • Ability to provide value adds and solutions from Testing in a dynamic environment • Good leadership skills in mentoring the team members • Must has lead a team of 7 to 8 onsite team members • Understand Application from project team and Support Business Teams • Validation Experience • Understand existing SOPs, SDLC • Understand existing testing processes in application area • Single point of contact for specific assignments handled through MTS • Help with estimations for validation and testing services handled through MTS • Lead and manage testing and validation activities in synchronization with project scope, schedule and objective • Manage task allocation of onsite/offshore team, review team’s work and resolve issues • Maintain contact with Val Lead / PM throughout project to ensure all deliverables are compliant and on-time • Provide daily/weekly status, risks and mitigations to project team as per agreed reporting frequency Participate in requirements walkthrough • Track and report project metrics to project team • Create Test Plan • Review test cases, test scripts, test summary reports & ensure quality of deliverables • Assist project team in coordinating with infrastructure teams for test environment • Create Test Summary report • Provide expertise / knowledge of the Quality Center Test Management.
