Our group provides: A full lifecycle approach that facilitates cloud transformation, reduces risk, and delivers benefits faster and further The expertise of a Salesforce.com Platinum level partner The proven experience of 1,000 client deployments across many industries 250 certified Salesforce.com and Force.com consultants across NTT Group The resources and support of a global cloud integration solutions provider A service provider with technology partnerships and alliances with other leading cloud providers, such as Informatica, IBM, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, EMC, VMware, and BMC Essential Duties Actively support the company's culture and business mission Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities to further utilize Salesforce.com/AppExchange to achieve business goals Design, configure, test and deploy Salesforce.com functionality Develop salesforce.com reports, analytics and dashboards to support and monitor daily activity and key performance measures Participate in the design of data integration to connect salesforce.com and other systems Use root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve functional and technical issues Serve as the primary point of contact for requests submitted to the SalesForce.com Help Desk Develop work instruction guides and training materials Assist in the on-boarding and training of new salesforce.com users Actively promotes observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly. Other responsibilities or projects assigned by manager. Experience Ability to engage directly with the client to elicit complex business and technical requirements in a fast-paced, interactive environment. Documentation of business, user, functional and non-functional requirements. Interfacing with quality assurance and development teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements Analyzed scope and impact of collected requirements for input to release schedules and project planning Performed as lead BA on collaborative efforts, taking responsibility for all Requirements tasks for assigned projects Required Experience 8 years of Business Analysis in an IT related role 2 years of CRM and/or Sales related technology knowledge Salesforce.com Administrator certification or a desire to become certified Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time Distribution industry experience is a plus Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance SFDC 401 Certification a plus Please respond with you *consultant resume*, *contact*, *rate *and *current location* info to speed up the interview process.
