Job Title: Clinical Data Quality Analyst Location: Groton, CT Duration: 2-6 Months Must have skills: *Clinical Data background* - Must understand the concept, relationship and meaning of clinical data. *PL SQL / TOAD or Strong SQL*- Must be able to query tables from different sources to validate data quality. Be able to analyze clinical data - Must have critical thinking skills to analyze clinical data, propose solutions and resolve issues. Client facing skills Must have professional client facing and communication skills to discuss data quality issues. Project description: The Clinical Aggregation Layer (CAL) is now live with operational data coming into CAL from source systems and from Alliance Partners. As part of ongoing data quality efforts, there is a need to analyze data in CAL to qualify that business rules, mappings, etc. are sufficient to address real world data and to identify and investigate apparent discrepancies and data rejections. The Data Analyst will assist with data analysis and troubleshooting of data anomalies, qualification checks following bug fixes, as well as data profiling in support of new business rules and related requirements or design changes. The Data Analyst will operate as part of a larger Data Quality team with focus on understanding CAL issues and qualifying data in CAL.
