Job Title: Eloqua SME/Migration Experience consultant Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 Months Role Description: Maintaining and enhancing the integration of Eloqua with CRM System Setup and maintain marketing content, campaigns and reporting processes in Eloqua Maintaining the CRM implementation for client Enhance the application to suit to business requirements Highly motivated self-starter individual demonstrating integrity, initiative and innovation qualities Technical Skills: Eloqua tool administration, configuration and customization Experience using Eloqua Discover, Engage, and Profiler - SalesForce Plug In's Migration of Eloqua form v9.x to v10.x Expert in implementing security model, data visibility, developing reports, dashboards, customizing and configuring the SFDC application Experience in full systems lifecycle project/process delivery is required Qualifications: More than 5 years of combined application development experience preferably in Financial Services industry 2 - 5 years’ experience administering a marketing automation platform, preferably Eloqua. Highly proficient in processing/enhancing data within Eloqua platform using Program Builder, related data management capabilities, custom objects, etc. 2 - 5 years’ experience managing data migration between marketing automation platform, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and other third-party databases using Eloqua’s native integration capabilities, API, Cloud Connectors, etc. Demonstrated dedication to maintaining database hygiene. Worked with any relational databases used to support marketing/sales. Administered Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture Site Catalyst. Functional understanding of web page design, online form data capture, HTML, CSS and Javascript. Basic understanding of marketing automation best practices, demand generation, content marketing, and email marketing. Preferred experience supporting multi-business unit/enterprise organizations.
