Qualifications:
Client is looking for “First Level of CRM Support” candidates with the
following experiences:
WHR GIS is looking for “First Level of CRM Support” candidates with the
following experiences: - SAP Enterprise CRM Application Support,
specifically with:
CRM 7.0 Call Center Operations in Sales & Services in a CRM-ECC integrated
scenarios
At least 1-2 roll out implementations CRM 7.0 EHP focusing in Call Center
Operations, Sales and Services Applications in  the CRM-ECC intergrated
scenarios.
Familiar with CRM UI-Related BW Reports
Familiar with Service Now Request/Incidences Application or similar
Problem/Resolution Tracking Application.
The expectation is that, the qualified candidate should be able to perform
the followings, after trainings.
Review enhancements and ensure that the best technical solution was
designed.
Assist, Create, expedite with Incident identification, resolution, testing
and move to production
Collaborate with cross functional groups to ensure clean and efficient
application and business processes are leveraged.
