BUSINESS ANALYST Location : Carson City (Reno), NV Duration : 12 months * Required Skills:* Minimum two (2) years of experience eliciting, validating and documenting functional system requirements via application design sessions; Knowledge and use of requirement collection and capture techniques including one or more of the following: Use Case diagramming, swim-lane diagramming, fishbone diagramming, Pareto Charting, flow chart diagramming, and/or SWOT analysis/matrix development; Minimum one (1) year of experience documenting results for application design sessions; *Ability to document and produce two (2) or more of the following IT project artifacts:* End-user requirements Flow Narratives and Charts Desk Procedure Guides Report definition and content User manuals and other technical guide illustrations User training materials *Ability to work with both business and technical project staff in a team environment;* Experience in producing and documenting test case scenarios, test case data, and test case results; Experience in defining requirements for COTS systems; *General project management skills including the ability to:* Define scope of work; Adhere to required quality standards; Provide work definition; and Identify and communicate with impacted functional organizations and key stakeholders. -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
