Job Title: *L2 Salesforce Support Analyst*

*Job Description: *
The Application Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting
multiple functional rich high availability business applications and highly
demanding business users. Additional responsibilities include but not
limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and
bridge calls, problem analysis, process improvement, automating repetitive

Working close with devs and architect and trying to, creating tech spec

are in meetings. Ideal candidate is someone that comes from a LAMP
environment as the group builds API’s, so thorough XML and PHP knowledge is
