Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff b. Demonstrated experience with developing database driven web-based applications c. Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a JAVA environment using Eclipse IDE d. Demonstrated experience with Apache Tomcat application server e.
