*Role: FLEX Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 Months (extensions possible) * Responsibilities and Background: * Develops functionality for web applications, GUI, presentation and server-side design and development using Adobe FLEX * Senior Flex developer with minimum of 4-5 years of Flex experience * Experience with Flex SDK 4 (preferable) or 3 * Exposure to graphical components with MX and Spark (e.g. sliders and pie charts etc) * Flex and JavaScript integration experience * Exposure to designing the UI components * Exposure to Flex MVC frameworks (e.g. Spring ActionScript, Mate, PureMVC) * Excels at analyzing functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards. * Resolves application and technical problems of the highest complexity. * Analyzes performance and capacity issues of the highest complexity with systems / applications software and/or application components. * Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts. * Performs software architecture and systems design.
