So looking for local candidates or near by candidates only. *JAVA ARCHITECTS * 10+ yrs of experience in UI development/Java Swing Experience with designing/architecting large scale projects Strong understanding of OO design principles (cohesion / coupling) and design patterns. *JAVA SENIOR DEVELOPERS * 5 yrs minimum experience designing Java applications using: Swing java2d (custom UI work) C++ experience Multi-threading / JUnit / Linux / Unix. Strong understanding of OO design principles (cohesion / coupling) and design patterns. *Nice to have:* UML, ANT, eclipse, clearcase, XML Experience in Medical devices company.
