*Job Title: Performance Test Engineer* *Location: Pataskala, OH* *Duration: 12-24 months* *Interview Mode: Telephonic* *Job Description:* Mandatory Technical Skills HP Load Runner,Performance Center,Network Monitoring Tools Desirable Technical Skills Data Creation knowledge, Excel Macro, Performance Strategy Mandatory Functional Skills 1-Meet with application teams and project leadership to determine load test requirements and success criteria. 2-Define performance testing strategy for enterprise-wide Core receivables project. 3-Provide technical support to the performance test teams as needed during test preparation or execution 4-Perform analysis of load test results to confirm accuracy and evaluate any performance issues. 5-Coordinate with all development teams to provide performance testing support for release content and schedules. 6-Coordinate with multiple application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams for performance defect resolution. 7-Create and maintain all performance testing artifacts (test plan, data plan, and detailed test reports) 8-Present load test results and analysis project management. 9-Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Performance Test team. 10-Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions. 11-Hands-on experience with performance testing requirements, preparation, execution, and analysis. 12-Monitor and manage multiple performance test team progress. Test teams will consist of a mix of onshore and offshore team members for the Core receivables Project. 13-Performance Monitoring and Bottleneck identification of Resource Utilization for Windows and Linux System (Sol, AIX is a plus) using System tools, Sitescope. 14-NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of the Performance Tests strategize and Plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.) and secure test environments in advance. 15-Analyzing NFRs and negotiate with stakeholders on scope and strategy NFT status tracking and reporting Produce comprehensive test Estimation / test plans / test strategies / test execution / test completion report for Performance Testing. 16-Estimated and Detailed Test Planning.
