The project involves all new development, as the organization looks to replace a business-critical application that has become outdated/inefficient. This is a team/pod environment, consisting of 3 developers and 1 QA per POD. The entire team is 20+, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments amongst large teams is preferred. The technical environment is listed below, and this project is slated to complete in 2017. *Skils set:* Software Engineering C# (.NET 4.5) - Expert *WCF * *MVVM design pattern* *Mathematical calculations* GUI Design Secure Coding Unit Testing Dependency Control Modern Software Design Static Code Analysis Quality Assurance Source Code Control *TFS * *Windows Developmnet * *Object oriented* Functional Testing Databases SQL (SQL Server 2012 & SQL Server Express LocalDB) Linq to SQL Agile (experience Nice to have) Kanban User Stories WCF experience is paramount. If they have a small web development project (6 months or less), preceded by extensive WCF experience (not winforms, as that would be prior to .NET 3.5 framework) they would qualify. Exposure to a TRUE agile environment.
