Position : Business Analyst Location : Strongsville, OH Duration : 6 months *MUST HAVE: Mobile application AND e-commerce experience* *MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FOR FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW. * **What I am searching for is a BA w/ Agile and Mobile Apps experience. See requirement below. If a consultant has worked on previous projects with mobile apps and e-commerce, they are a fit for this position and please submit. Required: 8 years’ experience working on an Agile development team as a business analyst. Training in Agile principles, specifically the Scrum framework. Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites in user stories. Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, backlog management and prioritization, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.). Four or more years of experience in business analyst role. Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation Strong QA testing skills. Mobile application development / e-commerce experience Bachelor’s degree in MIS/related field or equivalent experience Some .NET C# development exposure is desirable. Familiarity with concepts like UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development.
