Demonstrate extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications. Required Skills: B.S. degree in Engineering or Computer Science, 8 years equivalent work experience may be substituted 6 to 8 years developing software applications from the ground up as well as developing add-on components and interfaces to existing COTS products 6 to 8 years working in a structured software development lifecycle development (SDLC) environment Strong experience with WebSphere 6 to 8 years developing with Java, Oracle, and SQL Server 6 to 8 years working with Web Services technologies, SSIS, WPF, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, and XML for messaging specifications Willingness and ability to participate in, author, and review project technical documentation Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
