*Description :*

Support users across business units, to execute on the CRM program
initiatives to design, build, and implement processes and solutions that
will drive business growth and support the implementation and measurement
of successful direct marketing campaigns.

Responsible for Salesforce.com configuration, coding and resolving
information / data quality needs while managing projects. Includes issue
triage and resolution, knowledge and training documentation, and
trending/analysis of support issues. Participates in the planning,
execution and deployment of future CRM enhancements.

*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES*
50% Database Administration

   - Design and implement Salesforce.com (SFDC) changes and enhancements
   that are focused on automation and improving the user experience
   - Ensure SFDC standards and best-practices are followed
   - Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from end-users
   - Create SFDC solutions based on business requirements
   - Design, implement, support and maintain SFDC application
   - Use technology skills to maintain and enhance SFDC application
   - Manage the integration of SFDC across various internal platforms
   - Manage the partnership with salesforce and outside consultants
   - Develop SFDC enhancement plan and timeline for the next 12 months
   - Provide guidance and training to junior administrators


30% Analytics

   - Develop and manage reports that will assist management in determining
   the most effective solutions to business problems
   - Use independent judgment to identify, gather, and analyze metrics and
   provide succinct information
   - Suggest related enhancements in improving quality of data
   - Develop and implement project plans to meet related milestones /
   objectives


20% Leadership / Stakeholder Engagement

   - Drive usage and adoption of CRM business process
   - Educate key stakeholders in data strategy changes
   - Work closely with team members as well as Sales and IT to ensure
   optimal data capture and flow
   - Develop and implement training plans
   - Conduct field research on user experience and craft related training
   materials
   - Educate and train database users to optimize, capture, and manage data
