• *Azure* experience a must and Good .NET Knowledge

• Development experience using *C# and WCF*
• Worked extensively with *XML, MS Word and Excel* population using C#
• Strong understanding of .Net framework and classes
• Proficient in developing and consuming *WCF* Services
• Ability to work with the high level design and create low level designs
for the components allocated
• Hands on version control, bug tracking tools
• Good understanding of object oriented design and knowledge of product
life cycles and associated issues
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Solid problem analysis, communication and reporting skills needed

• *10+ year’s *solid experience in Enterprise class architecting,
DW/DI, Business Intelligence development & Cloud
• Development and management of the end to end project schedules, including
management of cross stream dependencies, tracking of key activities,
deliverables, and milestones, resource allocation analysis, and critical
path management with timely decision analysis
• Program/Project level risk and issues management, including driving their
mitigation and resolution, and escalation management
• Formal tracking of scope / requirements changes, facilitation of impact
analysis, driving timely decisions around recommendations. This includes
prioritization of scope and trade-off decisions
• Solution oriented with rich domain knowledge and equipped with thorough
knowledge of Windows Architecture with hands-on experience on Microsoft
application developement
• The core skill for the required job profile majorly involved is
identifying and proposing solutions to business problems, begins with
defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at
the project level leads to fulfilling business needs
• Skills to completely understand, process, perceive the requirements,
drive the development, design of the product and review of test cases,
process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance,
installation and deployment
• Performs Research & Development on reporting tool, using the technical,
innovative and feasible solutions
• Leveraging & transforming ideas into design and create/build/improvise/
standardize the existing design/new product
• Work collaboratively with internal stake holders / internal teams to
ensure their feedback is recorded and to develop the products
• Elicit business case
• Planning and monitoring
• Optimize existing code to meet new requirements and cope with a changing
environment
• Write and maintain programming documentation
• Eliciting requirements
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis
• Provides technical leadership, excellent mentoring skills and motivate
the team
