staffing/ Temp staffing / Executive search

*Self driven, Get requirements & ensure that those requirements are filled
accordingly without any support*

Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service

Account Management/ Client Management

Ensure customer/Client satisfaction through continuous interactions and
communications with the existing client.

Extracting more business from the existing clients & Vendors.

Assisting recruiters with identifying their needs and requirements as per
global standards and market realities.

Interface with clients and constantly striving to improve customer
satisfaction and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat
business.



*Desired Candidate Profile*



Minimum 2 to 5 year experience in Staffing end to end Business development

Should have knowledge in recruitment & staffing.

Should have convincing power and presentable skills with pleasing
personality.

* Strong verbal & written project communication skills.

* Strong analytical abilities.

* Interpersonal skills to work as a team player.

* Coordinate with the team members and demonstrate excellent service
delivery performance.

* Willing to continuously learn and implement.
