Primary task is to implement the new Estate Management Billing functionality. When the effort completes, the balance of this agreement will be dedicated to smaller tasks on the MAPSIS Workplan. Complete Description: Resource will analyze and design enhancements, develop programs to implement new functionality on the MAPSIS system, involving data model changes, changing and creating user screens, and modifying and creating reports. Resource is expected to • Design applications to functional and technical programming standards. • Conduct structured walk-throughs • Work with Team Lead to gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications • Develop system specifications and interfaces. • Document code and database objects • Determine time estimates and schedule for work • Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements • Resolve issues in a timely manner. • Identify and track issues, risks and action items Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Oracle SQL Required 4 Years Pl/SQL Desired 3 Years Java Servlet/JSP Required 4 Years CSS Required 2 Years JavaScript Required 2 Years HTML Nice to have 2 Years Subversion Nice to have 1 Years Eclipse IDE Nice to have 1 Years -- Many Thanks.
