Client will consider only consultants who have below experience.* *Cisco ASA Firewalls Cisco ASA Firewalls Cisco, CUCM, and UCCX* Required Skills: Ability to work independently Highly Advanced Technical knowledge on technologies/services such as LAN, WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, switches, hubs, routers, network protocols, Cisco Call Manager, voice and data, VPN, VLAN, 802.1x, wireless controllers, Cisco ASA Firewalls, VoIP, OSPF, QoS, MPLS and enterprise 802.11 as implemented with Cisco equipment. Advanced knowledge working with Cisco, CUCM, and UCCX Highly Advanced Knowledge and experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and investigating information security incidents from a variety of reporting platforms such IPS/IDS, NAC, IPSec VPN, DLP, SIEM, and vulnerability monitoring systems. Knowledge of project management and infrastructure services delivery. Leadership skills. Proven skills in presentations, financial analysis, coaching & feedback, and Excel/Word/Powerpoint/MSProject Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels and escalation appropriately Excellent relationship-building and ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms Organized and able to function successfully in a team environment Expert in gathering relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors, grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; use accurate logic in analyses Required Experience 5-7 years’ experience of relevant working in a Global IT Organization supporting internal IT Infrastructure on-site and remotely (Healthcare industries is a plus) Demonstrated experience partnering with application delivery, application development, project managers and business colleagues, delivering effective IT/business solutions.
