*Description:*
This position is to fill the Business Analyst role who would be focusing on
the analysis under IMR program requiring Compliance and stakeholder
interaction and communications.
IMR program outlines the processes for identifying, analyzing, tracking,
escalating and resolving issues for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Transaction Monitoring taxonomy. Governance is provided for Issue
Management and Resolution activities in the overall Compliance Issues
Management and Resolution (IMR).
IMR Business Analyst will be responsible for working with Upstream System
partners, Compliance and Operations stakeholders in analyzing the data and
functional gaps in Mantas AML Transactional Monitoring space, work with
upstream system partners / Mantas SME partner teams and prepare GAP
analysis document for the identified monitoring gaps. Candidate is required
to have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, profound
knowledge on AML space. Candidate must have strong knowledge in transaction
processing flow of consumer, corporate, markets.
*Responsibilities:*
Excellent analytical knowledge of transaction data and flow, knowledge of
mantas data feeds and mantas data processing flow, understanding on mantas
scenarios, thresholds, alerts, alert risk scoring.
Accountable to work with upstream system partners, compliance and
stakeholders, internal technology teams in identifying the gaps,
remediation assessment and final remediation data delivery for remediation
based on approved remediation scope.
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to
document functional / data gaps.
Understanding of AML reference and transaction data requirements for the
financial services in order to cover all impacted areas as part of IMR
process and defect fix.
Work autonomously in pressurized environments, prioritizing work in a
multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply
Maintain understanding of Mantas as an AML software and associated industry
standards
Maintain the all documents and all required SDLC documentation / approvals
Coordinates with upstream system partners, stakeholders, Compliance,
Development Manager, and other team members in documenting the functional
and data gaps.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years work experience in functional and data analysis Compliance
Technology solutions for Financial Industry
3+ years work experience working on Oracle Mantas AML Transaction
Monitoring platform
High proficiency in business knowledge of AML data for financial industry
Excellent Stakeholder communication skills
