Kindly send me the suitable profiles with Contact / Rate info ASAP. *Job Title: **Siebel Configurator/Developer* – EIM Skills *Location: Wilkesboro, NC* *Duration: 11 months Contract* Job Details/Description As a Siebel Configurator/Developer you may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives: 1. Process definition and design 2. Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis 3. Siebel application design and prototyping 4. Siebel development including: configuration, scripting, EIM development, BI Publisher development, etc. 5. Test scenario definition, script development, and execution In this role you will be expected to be capable of successfully interacting with client representatives and functional team members in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Important to your success in this position will also be the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions. Desired Skills Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: 1. Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills 2. Consulting/client facing background 3. Outstanding teamwork skills 4. Keen attention to detail 5. Outstanding academic achievement with a strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership 6. Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities 7. Strong technical foundation including; structured programming – C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. 8. At least 5 years of Siebel implementation experience (7.8 or greater preferred) 9. Participation in each phase of at least two full Siebel lifecycle implementations 10. Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies 11. Strong Siebel configuration and scripting experience 12. 2+ years hands-on experience with Siebel EIM 13. Strong relational database skills / database administration skills (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). 14. Deep knowledge of the Siebel data model 15. Experience working with stored procedures, ETL applications (e.g., Informatica), bulk data load utilities (e.g., SQL*Loader, DTS, etc.) 16. Siebel Core Consultant certification (7.5 or greater) In addition to the minimum requirements listed above the following additional skills would be considered nice to have: 17. Workflow Manager skills 18. Assignment Manager skills 19. EAI skills 20. Actuate reporting skills 21. Experience with eSales and/or eService 22. Hardware, network, database skills 23. Experience with Product Configurator, Pricing Configurator, CTI, Order Entry and Management, Sales Forecasting, Incentive Compensation.
