Understand R12 functionality, understand CLIENT functionality, perform fit-gap analysis between R11 and R12 at CLIENT. · Lead stakeholder team in developing business requirements and business scenarios for CLIENT solution enhancements. · Prepare functional design documentation, alpha scripts, application configuration changes, and perform alpha testing for CLIENT solution enhancements · Conduct and participate in peer reviews in accordance with CMMI Level 3 protocols. · Deliver high quality enhancement work products on time and within budget · Maintain high customer satisfaction on enhancement tasks. · Provide high quality functional support services to customer. This means no rework required by other team members. · Experience is using Outer Bay application for Archiving Oracle Application data. · Familiarity with Oracle Financials base tables of AP, AR, & GL modules. Create and perform QA of BR100 and update master BR100. Use CCG (Configuration Controls Governor) or Applimation tool to support BR100 activities. *Basic Skills / Minimum Yrs:* Experience in multiple R12 eBusiness suite implementation. Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Advanced Oracle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables experience (8 years or more) Strong understanding of Oracle Financial Accounting (5 years or more) Advanced understanding of Oracle General Ledger (8 years or more) Strong customer support skills including writing and communication (5 years or more) Advanced skills in support Oracle applications in a production environment (8 years or more) Experience in creating and maintaining BR100 set up document. Familiarity with Oracle Financials base tables of AP, AR, & GL modules Must be able to work onsite.
