An early response is really appreciated. *Title: QA Automation Engineer* *Location: Portland OR* *Contract 6-12months* *Rate: $ 42/hr* *Client : XPO * Job Description: • Work with the *SMEs *on the team to understand the requirements. • Write very good quality test cases for the *API testing and front-end testing*. • Develop automated API test scripts using CA Dev/Test and execute the same to achieve automated functional, regression and performance testing through the API gateway. • Develop automated *Angular test scripts using Selenium *and execute the same, to achieve automated functional regression and performance testing. • Collaborate with the team (BAs, Developers, PM etc) as needed, to ensure good test coverage. • *Raise risks/defects comfortably and escalates *as needed • Enter clear defects and triage them. Being a very technical role involving testing at API level, We are looking for an engineer with atleast 7 years of experience testing APIs and Complex Web applications and writing complex automation framework using Selenium/Java. Also should have experience in writing Rest Webservices API using tools like CA Dev/Test or similar tools.
