He or she will be responsible for reading the Node Combining plan created by the design team and build and implement the configurations. * · *He or she will work off a ticketing system and work on the SMOP's that came in during the day. * · *The volume of tickets is approximately 10-15 per 10 hour shift. The engineer will be responsible for making the changes to the router/device then closing out the ticket. * · *Troubleshooting will be required as necessary.
