*Location: San Jose, CA*
*Duration: 12 months*
*Job Description: *
*Experience:* 14+ years Oracle EBS experience, out of which 4+ Years of
OLFM experience
*Essential Functions (Responsibilities):*
• Knowledge of Lease Concepts, US GAAP Accounting treatment for
Leases
• Good knowledge of Lease Accounting at various stages of
Lease life cycle (Booking, Funding, Invoicing, Receipt application,
Accruals, Non-accrual, loss provisions, Rebook, Renewals, Release,
Termination etc.)
• Good understanding of End to End Lease Life cycle process
• Good understanding of Syndication / Securitization of Lease
Contracts
• Good knowledge of accounting for Syndicated / Securitized
contracts
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
• 6+ Yrs for Leasing and Syndications applications modules
• Overall 8+ Yrs. of Oracle EBS Functional experience in
Financials modules (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash
Management and General Ledger)
• Good understanding end to end Leasing processes and
Syndication / Securitization process
• Academic Qualification Bachelors in Commerce and preferred
Master’s degree in Commerce/MBA Finance
*Desired:*
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules
• Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and
handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external
clients.
• Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
