*Qualifications   *

Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; or equivalent work
experience.



*Role Tasks/Expectations*

1-3 years of experience with:

Network  or Security Infrastructure with In-Scope Technology.

Well-rounded knowledge of all technologies being supported.

Ability to diagnose and link system events and alerts into potential
business impacts.

Strong communication  skills to support user and leadership escalation.

Accessing In-Scope Technology.

CCNA Certification or equivalent experience.

CompTlA Security Certification or equivalent experience.



*EVENT:*

Whether thmugh automatic systems or manual checks, detect and validate real
or potential impacts to the customer and initiate the proper
Ameriprise  Service
Management  process:

Detect and validate impacts, or potential impacts, through the use of
monitoring Tools and access to devices.

Monitor technology utilization and health.

Run health checks against the In-Scope Technology to determine whether any
outstanding issues might  exist.

Monitor healthmheck Tools so that any alerts are caught thru Event
Management and actioned thru Incidmt Management.

Participate in correlating events together to enable quick identification
of root cause.

Monitor core Security  Tool Infrastructure.



*REQUEST:*

Fulfill all Service Requests for the In-Scope Technology consisting of:

Firewall application layer (layer 7) firewalls and traditional TCP/IP layer
4 firewalls.

Firewall Entrust Certificates — Issue and reset manual certificates from
batch files as well as delete existing certificates.

Review and validate VRA requests.

Load Balancer — Review and validate Load Balancer requests.

Perform soft and hard MAC’s as requested.
