*Activities*

·         Identify and document key data quality indicators for the
Customer Hub with a focus on the quality associated with the Top 100
Customer Groups.

·         Assess the data quality levels of Customer master by performing
analysis, identifying trends and metrics.

·         Work with Customer master and its source systems, OVC and SVOC,
to identify the source of data issues and develop recommendations for
remediation.

·         Present and summarize analytical findings, analysis, trends, and
metrics; visualize data sets and translate complex findings into a concise
story that creates actionable outputs

*Deliverables*

·         Prioritized list of all data quality issues in Customer master,
specifically identifying the impact of each to the quality of the Top 100
Customer Groups.  This may include inconsistent application of definitions,
policies and procedures, and other root causes of issues.

·         Resolution plan for changes in source systems and Customer master
to result in measurable improvement in the quality of Customer master
data.

·         Implementation of a repeatable data quality scorecard (dashboard)
for Customer master; including metrics of source systems that impact
quality in Customer master.

·         Documented repeatable workflow for monitoring data quality levels
in Customer master and its source systems.  This will include, but is not
limited to recurring reporting, definition of acceptable thresholds for key
metrics, repeatable steps for resolving key issues.

·         Present the above to Management for approval.

·         Present the above to the affected teams and define changes
required to implement the recommendations.

·         Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the
organization

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Excellent analytical and research abilities

·         Comfortable with a dynamic unstructured environment

·         Strong working knowledge of Informatica IDD, Informatica IDQ,
SQL, Excel and MS Access

·         Dealing with complex customer structures
