*Position: * *Project Manager with ERP, Peoplesoft Exp. * *Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 12+ Months * *Interview Mode: Phone then Face to Face * Job Description • Project with be working on the OAKS enterprise application. Candidate must have experience in PeopleSoft, ERP, and ability to work with multiple departments/agencies under high pressure deadlines. • Strong communication skills are an integral part of this assignment. • The PM directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. • The PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The PM’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. • The PM must ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. • Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. • The Department of Transportation needs a Project Manager who can facilitate multiple groups working together. • Needs to work with multiple business units, information technology resources and software vendors to identify the existing state of these software components and the future desired state of these software components. • Needs to develop and manage the implementation of a plan to achieve the future desired state. Job Requirement · Candidate must have large-scale ERP design and implementation experience with PeopleSoft · FULL LIFECYCLE ERP implementation experience · 4+ years of PeopleSoft project management/implementation experience · 2+ years of PeopleSoft Financials exp. · Proven Project/Program Management experience · Active PMP certification (required) · Business intelligence experience is desired. · 8-10+ years of work experience · 4 year college degree preferred Job Responsibilities • Delivery of all work tasks identified in the project plan. • Adjustments to the project plan when necessary. • Management and tracking of the project progress against the project plan. Take corrective actions if a project begins to slip its schedule. • Strict management of project scope.
