*Roles & Responsibilities*

:

This person is expected to perform the following functions:

 1.      Senior Business Objects Developer to develop Business Object
Universes, Reports, dashboards and Explorer and integrate with existing
applications

2.      The successful candidate will have extensive experience using
Business Objects version XI R4 and R3 to provide support for users in
production, test, and development environments.

3.      Business Objects Development experience and/or Web Intelligence
report creation experience and Crystal Reports.

4.      Strong knowledge of SQL to analyze and asses the generated SQL from
a Webi Report.

5.      Strong understanding of managing security within the CMC.

6.      Strong report development background using Webi and Webi Rich
client.

7.      Proven ability to serve as a Technical Developer responsible for
delivering solutions and meeting business needs

8.      Facilitate end user requirements and working sessions.

9.      Synthesize the analysis work with the characteristics of the
existing data warehouse (internally defined as the “Operational Data
Store”) and Reporting infrastructure, to derive the appropriate technical
approach for data storage, mining and dissemination.

10.  Collaborate with oracle developers to design and create BO reporting
universes – this requires understanding of contexts, aggregate awareness
and universe linking and integration of data.

11.  Work with end users to create reporting templates and mock ups.

12.  Debug and solve problems by tracing from the report all the way to the
source.

13.  Strong knowledge on the universe capabilities.

14.  Ability to create open document URL’s

15.  Working Knowledge on explorer infospaces and indexing.

16.  Understand of BI capabilities.

17.  Familiarity with Asset Management or Fixed Income financial domain.

18.  Working knowledge of business Objects client tools (Universe designer,
Information Manager, Dashboard (a.k.a Xcelsius), Explorer, Webi and Crystal
Reports.)

19.  Strong knowledge of Business Objects SDK with JAVA and JSF knowledge.

20.  Experience using querying Oracle 10g and/or 11g databases using SQL
and/or PL/SQL.

21.  Hands on experience creating universes against data warehouses and/or
operational data stores data sources. Experience in investment financial
reporting is preferred.

22.  Hands on experience on the usage of SAP BO 4,0 suite of tools.

23.  Hands on knowledge of building dashboards and coming up with mock up
design.

relevant experience in building Peoplesoft systems using Peoplesoft and
Database technologies, preferably work experience in Peoplesoft Pension

This person is expected to perform the following functions:

 1.      Be a self-starter and capable of working independently to high
standards of quality.  When given a task, it is expected this person to be
able to determine the best way to deliver the result

2.      Finds the appropriate tools to implement the project. The position
requires the ability to understand the functioning of the PENAD software
applications and the PENAD applications scope for the Net Plan Interim
Solution Project, and the ability to respond effectively to application
manager’s requests and needs.

3.      Take technical specs and produce completed and well tested programs
which meet user satisfaction and acceptance and precisely reflect the
requirements.

4.      Take functional specs and come up with high quality technical specs.

5.      Use collaborative skills to work with project managers, task force
members, database administrators, system administrators, users and other
staff

6.      Enable workflow in certain areas of the system

7.      Adhere to project schedules and report progress regularly

8.      Person will be required to prepare technical documents like
technical specs, flow diagrams, ER diagrams, user manuals etc

9.      Need to understand and be familiar/comfortable with Pension
business and Pension related terms in general

10.  Prepare CMM required documentation for project, when applicable
(Impact Analysis and Design, Test Cases, SMR )

11.  Ensure that Bank policies, procedures and standards are factored into
project design and development.

12.  Conduct Peer Review on Code and Test Cases prepared by other team
members, to assess quality and compliance with coding standards.

13.  Prepare weekly status reports and participate in status meetings -
highlighting issues and constraints that would impact timely delivery of
work program items.

14.  Communicate proactively with other team members and team lead.

15.  Participate in the estimation of work plans, test plans and
implementation plans.

16.  Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer,
Peoplecode, SQR and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft

producing adhoc reports, load data into the database, write Oracle Stored

21.  Expertise in SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch
processes

22.  Ability to work in high pressure situations and tight schedules,
quickly producing excellent solutions and solving problems, production
issues

23.  Peoplesoft Workflow knowledge expected and working knowledge would be
desirable

24.  Sufficient knowledge and working experience with rule based systems.

25.  Excellent Technical Writing Skills

26.  Knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure

27.  Be familiar/comfortable with Peoplesoft Pension, Pension business and
Pension related terms in general

28.  Ability and willingness to propose creative and optimal solutions.
