*Description: *

·         Senior- level resource to DRIVE projects to completion.

·         Mentoring other engineers and bring people up to speed.

·         Leadership type of role, needs the person to be Teletech’s
thought leader within the virtual space

·         Hit ground running and lead junior engineer

·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Duties Include:*

·         Manage all virtualization infrastructure supporting over 50,000
employees globally

·         Work closely with VMware to architect, design, and implement
vRealize Automation 6.2 decreasing virtual server management and
introducing life cycle automation

·         Architect Horizon Cloud Pod Architecture(CPA) across two
datacenters behind F5 load balancers centralizing day-to-day management of
Horizon and implementation of Global Entitlements for over 20 lines of
business

·         Plan and lead various teams through the migration from the View
5.2 environment to the new Cloud Pod Architecture

·         Plan and upgraded vCenter to 6.1 managing 8 Datacenters, 36
clusters, 200 ESXi hosts, and 2100 VM Servers on Cisco UCSM hardware

·         Implement and maintain best practices and standards around
virtual infrastructure taking advantage of sDRS , vDS, Netapp VSC, and
migration from vSS to vDS

·         Implement and support vROM 6.2 enhancing reporting capabilities
and capacity management planning

 *Required Skills:*

·         Virtualization

·         Hyper visor realm

·         VRA/VRO (Person to be replaced stood this up. Rest of the
engineers are junior here)

·         VDI – MUST BE STRONG HERE – Horizon View, VDI

·         Vsphere Vcenter

·         Involvement in a project's planning and design phase.
