*Position: Sr. .Net Developer* *Location: NY-New York/Brooklyn* *Duration: 1 Year* *Interview Mode::F2F Interview only* *Responsibilities:* · Develops and implements phases of the computerized system development life cycle, including conceptual design, software development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements of web based distributed applications utilizing Visual Studio .Net with SQL Server for data management and Active Directory for identity management, in accordance with Department of Education standards. · Analyzes designs and develops code for all application tiers, as needed. · Prepares technical design documents, performs code reviews, debugging and testing. · Works in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to fellow team members. · Design and develop complex user interfaces using .Net, Telerik, Kendo UI controls. · Designs database tables utilizing import or export data from SQL Servers into other data sources on a daily basis through the development and coding of stored procedures and triggers, as needed. · Utilizes Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, data collection, reporting and project tracking, testing and collaboration of project development. · Develops SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and Web Services. · Responsible for identifying, triaging, and fixing defects. · Conducts user acceptance review sessions and collaborates with other team members to perform debugging. *Qualification Requirements**:* · Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience. At least 1 year of experience as an Sr. Developer with the Microsoft .NET Architecture framework, including ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET · Experience in transactional and dimensional database design. · Object oriented design and programming. · Experience developing both SQL Server and Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers. · At least 4 years of experience designing and developing Web applications using *Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>, ADO.NET <http://ADO.NET>, Telerik, Kendo, XML, HTML, VB.NET <http://VB.NET>, C#.NET, MVC, SQL Server 2010/2014, Internet Security. * · 3+ years of experience with *WCF, Web Services, WSDL, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), REST, XML, XSD, AJAX* · Practical exposure and experience with *HTML5, CSS, jQuery, KnockoutJS, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript,Bootstrap* · Working experience on Team Foundation Server, .Net framework 3.5 and above. · Experience implementing multiple authentication and authorization methods, including Active Directory, LDAP, and DB2 connect. · Experience with multiple reporting technologies, including Cognos, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. · Demonstrate experience in design and development of large scale .Net applications.
