Skills. Job Description:- Title: Business Analyst – P2O Role Description: Business Analyst- P2O Role Requirements 1. Interact with SME’s and Capture/validate as is process and conceptualize future state process around Oracle R12 functionality 2. Compose BRD’s and get them reviewed and approved by end stakeholders 3. Review the Solution Documents created by IT Analyst and make sure they cover the requirements and are accurate 4. Engage Org Adoption and work towards creating Training Material, Impact Analysis, FAQ’s etc.. 5. Create detailed test cases in Quality center and update RTM 6. Co ordinate systems and UAT test cycles 7. Report, analyze and facilitate resolution of issues resulting from testing 8. Support the transition cycles to create the test environments 9. Support Final transition to set up the system for Go Live 10. Assist with post-production support activities to stabilize the system. 11. Assist with the post-implementation review (post mortem) Mandatory Skills • Atleast 2 End to End Implementations as an Onsite Functional Consultant in Oracle E Business Suite in iProcurement, Purchasing, iSupplier portal on R12 • Exposure to Large Scale Oracle Projects (Multiple Operating Unit/SOB’s, large user base) interacting with Global Stakeholders • Exposure to Mercury Quality Center or similar tools • Excellent understanding of the Procure to Order Flow Good to Have • Experience in Instance Consolidation Projects • Experience in Upgrade Projects Personal Requirements: - Good interpersonal skills - Self starter i.e can work with little supervision - Strong communication skills – written, speaking and presentation skills. - Excellent time management Thanks and Regards, *Kusha* Valiantica, Inc.
