We are looking for *Systems Software Engineer - WPF developer* for our
client based *Carrollton**, **Texas**.*

              Description:



Onsite Interviews will be the following Tuesday and Thursday to fill the 4
WPF UI development positions.



In this role you will be working on the security projects software team
focusing on projects that involve the security of critical infrastructure
such as Nuclear Power Plants.



You will follow the company's software engineering process in developing
software solutions for the Advanced Information Management (AIM) Security
platform. In your role as a Software Developer, you will be responsible for
all software activities associated with the design, coding, and testing of
new software.

   - Perform Software functions as governed by our software engineering
   process.


   - Work with Project Manager/Project Engineering/Customer to facilitate
   completion of the project.


   - Acquire knowledge of Rockwell Collins related products and services.


   - Apply all required business processes to perform essential job duties
   and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.


   - Establish effective communications and working relationships with
   project and/or department customers, team members, and management.


   - Meet project schedule deadlines and within budget.

Required Experience:

   - Five or more years of work experience with C# using Visual Studio with
   Microsoft Operating Systems.


   - Three or more years developing Windows applications using Windows
   Presentation Foundation (WPF).


   - Experience with the Model-View-View Model (MVVM) pattern.


   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


   - Good communication skills.


   - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environment.


   - Demonstrated leadership skills.

Desired Experience:

   - Microsoft Visual Studio Blend development experience.


   - Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) development using C#.


   - WPF user interface programming using PRISM.


   - Entity Framework development with Oracle or SQL Server.


   - Sys ML or UML diagram experience.

Education Requirements:

   - BS degree in Computer Science or other technical area.
