*Job Description:* *Requirements:* • 3 years proven experience in front-end web deployment, customization and/or configuration. • Experience with sdlc methodologies like scrum and/or agile, and other best practices. • Strong, concise verbal and written communications skills. • Strong team skills, creating clarity and alignment in his/her personal style. • Self-starter and able to work independently in unstructured environments. • Experience with change-management and release management strategies and practices. *Specific experience and skills:* • Very strong knowledge of how the web works and how to make it efficient (http, caching, page rendering, mobile optimization, etc). • Strong understanding of HTML5 semantics and CSS3 (sass). • Experience building mobile-first responsive pages. • Ux & Design experience. • Front-end js mvc framework e.g. Angularjs, Emberjs etc.. • Git & Github. • TDD / BDD • Ab testing. • Bootstrap. *Other desirable experience and skills:* • Ruby on rails. • Spree ecommerce. *E-Commerce front-end web engineer *Maintains companies website & e-store, including all our marketing pages, store catalogue, checkout process & end-to-end shopping experience. this position will be based out of our berkeley office.
