*Job Description *

This role will be supporting Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Global
Trade Management/Transportation requirements This role is specific to the
implementation of Go Live Support as it pertains to Manhattan WMoS, LM, and
SCI deployment across our Distribution Center Locations.

Responsibilities:

•       Own Support Triage and Prioritization for Go Live Site

•       Write technical briefs and facilitate prioritization of fix packs
and minor enhancements

•       Analyze project data to highlight anomalies, trends, opportunities
to increase project success and support problem resolution across business
and technical groups

•       Present data results to business and technical leaders for further
action and resolution

•       Follow through with updates to ticket volume and resolution

•       Partner with L2/Operations to help facilitate and drive
Incident/Problem resolution

Experience and Qualifications

•       Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information
Technology, Integrated Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering
or related degree

•       Experience with software applications, both package and custom,
that span diverse capabilities

•       Functional and business facing Manhattan WM expertise and
experience a must

•       SCI Reporting and Manhattan LM (Labor Management) Experience

•       3+ years’ experience
